Sigh.. in the end, becos the Little One was so sick, we cancelled our trip to Adelaide. Didn't want to bring him when the weather was going to be so cold plus he was running a fever. Felt very bad cos i knew that the Big One was so excited about going and all and even had a few gigs lined up during our stay there.
Well, as the Big One would say, there is a sliver lining in most things - and true enough, The Little One was more sick that we initally thought. Nothing big, but the raging fever didn't go down despite meds and this was unusual for him. At first, it was thought to be a nasal infection, but when a ugly rash started appearing, the ped said, probably rosela. Then after the rashes came out, but the fever did not subside.. in fact went higher - he had the scarlet fever. Yikes!
So we did spend the whole whole whole week stuck at home. It was massive tv time for everyone and in midway, we even found the energy to do up a lantern for the Little One's class project.

Well, we surived! and he is all well and good now :) back to his usual active active self
